Artesian Transitional Housing is FARR-certified recovery residence and established to meet a growing need in the Stuart community for dependable, recovery-focused housing options that promote responsibility and long-term independence.
We offer a range of housing options to support individuals at different stages of transition, including over 20 apartment-style units, 3/4 shared residential homes, and independent living houses for residents ready for increased autonomy.
This flexible structure allows residents to progress through different levels of independence while maintaining a supportive and stable living environment.
Artesian Transitional Housing maintains paid, on-site staff during designated office hours to support daily operations, property oversight, and adherence to house guidelines. Staff presence helps promote safety, accountability, and a respectful living environment across our residences.
